A Collaborative Approach to Meaningful Change
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, understanding the patterns that shape your life, and moving toward purposeful change.
With over two decades of clinical experience, my approach is integrative and tailored to each individual's needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT trained), mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS Informed), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR trained). I am also certified in ketamine assisted therapy.
Rather than adhering rigidly to one model, I incorporate these approaches to help clients develop greater emotional flexibility, self-understanding, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
What to Expect

1
Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer questions, and explore whether working together may be a good fit.
2
Your First Session
Our initial session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your concerns, and identify your goals for treatment. Together, we'll begin developing an approach that aligns with your individual needs.
3
Ongoing Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative process that evolves over time. Sessions are tailored to your goals, with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment for exploration, growth, and lasting change.
Session Options
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy services in Arizona.
Fees & Insurance
My practice is private pay and does not accept insurance directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible partial reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
Education & Professional Background
I am a licensed psychologist with over two decades of clinical experience.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, my master's degree from Boston University, and my doctorate in clinical psychology from Argosy University.
My clinical training included a predoctoral internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and postdoctoral training at North Shore Children's Hospital in Salem, Massachusetts.
Lets Connect
Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're seeking therapy, exploring specialized services, or simply have questions, I welcome the opportunity to connect and see how we might work together.
